A quick bento before my kitchen gets taken over by Thanksgiving food.
TOP: Turkey (nori outline + eel, salmon, and egg furikake) on rice.
BOTTOM: Potato cornucopia (seasoned and baked) with steamed broccoli and carrots, carved apple leaves, shredded pork ribs, plum jam tart.
Needed to use up the last of the potatoes--really didn't think the horn of plenty would come out that well but YAY! Also pleasantly surprised that it held up so well to baking with the hollowed out middle. I probably should've tried to work the seasoning more into the little grooves I carved on the outside but I think you can see it okay.
