Description
A friend suggested that I do a Tangled bento and of course since I am completely obsessed with love that movie, I did one. Plus it was good extra practice with the rice paper process.
TOP: Sun (puto, honey/food color, nori), sweet/spicy almonds, chicken with sriracha, roasted butternut squash puree, Pascal (pear, food color, nori/tortilla details).
BOTTOM: Rapunzel (turkey, rice paper, purple cabbage, food color, tortilla/nori details), rice.
I don't know what's up with me and wacky proportions lately. So we'll just say that Pascal's getting a MAJOR close up in his side of the box
And of course now I will have to make plans for a Flynn Rider/Maximus box *fangirls*
