OH HI THERE. Lookit me, all not dead 'n stuff!
Just finished up a loooong adventure of selling our house/moving to Arizona (which included 3 weeks living with my parents O_o) so now I've finally unpacked/settled enough to start doing bento again (and getting back to the piles of backlogged DA stuff).
ANYWHOOO...we saw The Muppets yesterday and I've been fangirling ever since (I know most of the old Muppet Show episodes by heart). So even though the fridge is packed with Thanksgiving leftovers, I had to make some muppet bento
TOP: Kermit (kiwi, asian pear, nori details), rainbow (pickled radish/food color), shredded carrot.
BOTTOM: Fozzy (riceball, unagi furikake, radish/nori details, potato hat), sauteed brussels with pecans.
TL;DR - I moved. I'm alive. Go see The Muppets.
