For being a big white animal on white rice, Naga sure took a lot of nori cutting. But I just couldn't skimp on her expressive eyebrows and face shapes <3

LEFT: teriyaki beef patties (breaded in panko and fried), homemade mochi (coconut filling), mango slices.

RIGHT: Naga (nori/food color/soy sauce), rice.

Also sort of bummed I couldn't fit her awesome harness in there but she completely filled the box as is (I even used the larger side of the box so her ears wouldn't get cut). Oh well.

It's gorgeous. In fact I kept finding bentos I loved and wanted to feature, then realised a lot of them were you again. You've got some gorgeous work there.

How do you cut the nori? Do you use an exactoknife?

Yes, I have a food-only exactoknife that I use, just freehand it like a pencil
