Jellyfish as requested by my daughter for her lunch tomorrow <3

LEFT: grilled eggplant flowers, slaw (red cabbage, walnuts, raisins, apples), mango.

RIGHT: jellyfish - "oral arms" (the white stringies, yes I had to Google that to make sure I got it right

) and body made from rice paper, tentacles made from rice noodles, eggplant frame for cup shape; rice/rice vinegar and food color.
