So many things going on lately that need celebrating! My daughter just had her birthday, my friends and family graduate today, and it's also been a year since I started doing bento boxes

So I got it in my head I wanted some sort of giant sushi cake, complete with edible candle on top (tutorial is here)!

TOP: strawberries, mango.

BOTTOM: snap peas, sushi (salmon, avocado, cucumber, sesame seeds, spicy mayo), candle (potato, almond).
