It's Dr. Seuss's birthday! My daughter's school had a big celebration for it and she came home wearing a giant striped paper hat so of course I had to indulge her for her dinner

Left: steamed asparagus, spam, homemade mac 'n cheese.

Right: Cat in the Hat (nori/color), rice.

Ughhhh Seuss's sketchy-style is so hard to do in nori. Lost most of the fun details but ah wellll.
